Welcome to June Jewels Studio! Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and passion. Below you will find the details regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.

1. Processing Time

Most of our items are made to order to ensure quality and exclusivity.

  • Preparation period: We typically need 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship your order.

  • During peak seasons (holidays or sales), processing times may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience!

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide from Spain. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but these are the usual timeframes:

  • USA: Approximately 5-12 days (standard) / 4-8 (priority).

  • Europe: Approximately 3-7 days.

  • Canada, Australia & Asia: Approximately 8-18 days. 

Note: These are estimates provided by the postal services. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are subject to carrier delays and customs processing.

Please note that for US shipments, tracking updates may take a little time to appear during the first stage of the journey. This is completely normal. Once the packagae enters the local USPS delivery network, tracking updates will appear automatically. 

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your jewelry’s journey directly on the carrier's website.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their destination country. June Jewels Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

  • USA: Tax-free.

  • Europe: VAT included -no additional fees on delivery.

  • Other countries: Local custom duties may apply and are handled by the recipient. 

5. Correct Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to errors in the address provided. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Cancellations

We accept cancellations as long as they are requested within 6 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

7. Issues with Delivery

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address]. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
