· Note: The locket is sold without a photo. Photo insertion services are not included.

How to Order

1. Background Color: Choose your hand-painted background from: Black, Purple, Green, Navy Blue, or Pink.

2. Personalization: Select either the "Initial letter" of your choice or the "No Initial" option. (Note: "No Initial" lockets feature a beautiful matte hand-painted finish).

3. Chain Lenght: Select your preferred Chain Length (16" or 18").

Production & Packaging

· Each locket is hand-painted and made to order with meticulous care in our home studio.

· Please allow a few days for the artistic process before shipment.

· Your necklace will arrive beautifully protected in a delicate cardboard wrap, a soft jewelry bag, and a signature gift box.

Jewelry Care

· Gently polish with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

· While our jewelry is water-safe, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, detergents, or skincare products to protect the hand-painted finish.

· Remove your locket before intense exercise or swimming in chlorinated pools.

• Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.Please check your inbox mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us here and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.When paying via Apple Pay, please be mindful of the billing and shipping address. • It is my payment secure?
• At Lunaijewelry we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
• Will I need to pay duties and taxes on my order?
• Orders from outside US and non-European Union countries may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
• All US orders are tax free.
• All EU orders are VAT included. There will be no additional customs taxes or duties charge
• Returns
• Can I return my order? How can I do it?
• Sure! you can return your order. Please, register your return / exchange request here within 45 days of receiving your order. Send the items back with a trackable shipping service, in unused conditions, and if possible with their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees if applicable.
• Christmas season extended return policy. Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th are eligible for a return until January 31st.
• What items can I return?
• We accept returns on all our jewelry, except on customized pieces.
• When will I receive my refund?
• Once we receive your order back, we will process your return within 14 days. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please review our section Refund Policy for detailed information.
• Jewelry care.
• How do I keep my jewelry from tarnishing.
• All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals. This is especially the case with brass jewelry. Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold-plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also, be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.
• Is there any nickel in any of our jewelry?
• Our pieces are 100% nickel-free. Please check the description of our designs or contact us in case of doubt.
