We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Digital downloads.

Returns and exchange details

-Returns-
We do accept returns on any order. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package if you want to make a return.
In order to return an item, you must ship the package back at your expense, and the item must arrive in good, unused condition. We will then offer a refund  (not including initial shipping cost).

Also note that the money refunds could not be claimed after 2 months from the shipment, and the limit to claim for lost orders is 3 months from the initial order.

- Stolen/ Missing items-
In case something is missing, please contact us ASAP ( Within 7 days of delivery), and we will work on a solution.

-Order returned to the sender-
All orders retourned may be re sent in case you agree to pay the shipping fees . If you don't want us to re send them, please note that  we will not refund the initial shipping cost.
In case we received your order back, we will NOT contact you, we will register it and wait for you to contact us.

- Lost or Damaged Packages-
If your items arrive damaged, or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact us. We will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.
